Family Fitness & Health Night

Please join us for TAG's first Family Fitness & Health Night this Friday, February 28th starting at 6:00pm.  

Parents and kids can take fun 30-minute classes together. All fitness levels welcome. Just bring your sneakers! 

Sign up for a 30 minute session of Boot Camp or Zumba with your child.
