Raise $100 for the PTA by Receiving your First Vaccination

The TAG PTA is participating in New York City's Vaccine Referral Bonus Initiative. If you (or someone you love) is vaccinated for the first time at a NYC-run vaccination center, $100 will be donated to the TAG PTA. Secure the health of yourself and your city at the same time as helping the kids at TAG!

To ensure that TAG PTA gets the $100, please do the following when completing the paperwork online (or in-person): (1) mark "Yes" indicating that you have been referred by an organization, and (2) select "Parent Teacher Association at TAG School for Young Scholars (M012)" as the organization from the dropdown menu (or write into the available space):
